Bio: Louise coaches senior communications leaders, to help them lead with confidence, credibility and purpose. With a 20 year career in Corporate Communications, and multiple Director of Communications roles under her belt, Louise is a trained and qualified leadership coach with the Institute of Leadership & Management, enabling communications professionals to overcome any self-limiting beliefs and take ownership of their leadership journey. She also supports first time or aspiring Communications Directors in transcending their functional boundaries to lead effectively at the top of the organisation and to take their seat at the leadership table, as well as leading a fulfilling and sustainable career. As a communications professional with board level experience and having worked extensively in both agency and in-house, Louise can also provide a blend of coaching and communications sector mentoring. She has worked at board level as a Director of Communications within industry and the public sector, and at national level within the NHS, advising on large scale change and health advocacy programmes, thought leadership and national communications campaigns. She also brings many years of PR agency leadership experience, working with full scale communications consultancies in both London and San Francisco, working with a diverse set of clients from big brands to high-growth start-ups.
